Work on speaking and written language develops with Colourful Semantics

1st February 2022

Form 6 have been working on their spoken and written language skills using Colourful Semantics. It is designed to help structure sentences, to assist with understanding questions and to develop vocabulary.
We have used it to say what we can see in a range of pictures - answering questions such as 'who' what are they doing' and 'where'.
By answering these questions and developing understanding of the meaning of those questions we can use colour coding to create a simple sentence.
Some of the students have progressed to writing a simple sentence using symbols and words.
Super work Form 6!
