Wednesday workout!!!

'Wednesday Workouts' have been on Form 7's timetable Since January. Each week the students partake in different sporting activities to help them keep fit and healthy. They have already had a go at trampolining and boxing and now this term they are trying their hand at athletics. This week they tried the long jump, triple jump and the javelin. Next week we will hit the ground running with some track events. The students have been engaged throughout and have really enjoyed learning some new sports.
