Our PSHE topic this term is getting to know your area. The students have been on various walks around the community. On our 1st walk the students were asked to identify local amenities and take photos for their files.
We have done two walks in the local nature reserve and the local park. Each week the students have walked a little further with this week reaching 2.2 miles.
In the coming weeks we will enjoy getting out more and hopefully walking further to see what else we can discover in the area
