Forest School

21st November 2019

Autumn has arrived and we’ve really been enjoying the changes to Forest School. The leaves have started to fall from the trees and have scattered the ground with beautiful shades of red, yellow and gold.

We’ve been thinking about hedgehogs over the last few sessions and have tried to make our Forest School welcoming for our prickly friends. We’ve been collecting twigs, sticks and leaves and leaving them in mounds around the woodland. We know that hedgehogs like to snuggle in where it’s dark and warm so this should be perfect!

Hopefully we’ll continue to have a good range of wildlife within our grounds! We’re so very lucky to have woodland on our doorstep!
